i am defeated...

I have been meaning to post all day, but have been stuck to the tv waiting on DNA results. I really gotta life, eh? Also, I flooded the bathroom, water ran through into the basement for so long that 3 pieces of ceiling tile came loose and the water dripped all over Jerrell's tool boxes.
I had no idea this was going on. It isn't like the toliet has not been working right for several weeks and I was never given a lesson in proper flushing with a broken toilet just yet, but I sure did get a nice one this afternoon. :)

That paragraph was written yesterday as I tried on and off all day to get a video to go along with a post. I have even tried this morning. It works fine at the site I have it uploaded too, which include -You Tube, Photobucket and Google Video. The video works on the sites, but when I put them on here, when you click play, it says " oops no video" ! Is there anyone that can or will help me with this? I don't know if the file name has something to do with it or not. I even compared the code that I had used in a prior video post that did work and I saw no difference. Most of you folks have my email address, so any help would truly be appreciated.

I am just about water logged inside and out today. It has rained pretty much all day long. It just let up long enough to take Roxy on a good walk although it was misting enough that I needed an umbrella. Tomorrow will be warming up some and also the sunshine will be back. I did not get very much sleep last night and had just gotten up when Jerrell called home this morning to check on me. I told him I most likely would not have a cooked supper, but would try to have him something to eat that was warm. It is hard to cook for Jerrell now more than ever as he has always been a very picky eater and likes no variety in his meals. I am just plain sick of pinto beans and I honestly think he could eat them every day of his life. I have beaned out!

It is almost 2 pm and I have not made all my blog rounds yet. I have been running behind all morning. Had to run to the grocery store once and then run and pick up some prescriptions and that is just enough to wear me out. Therefore, I am going to make this one short. I hope you all had a wonderful Easter weekend and are back into the groove this week. Have a good day and I am now going to read some blogs.

BTW Janet I have not gotten Roxy to the vet yet this week and I may even have to wait until next week. Things never work out as planned around here. Thanks for your concern. It needs attention, but not immediate, but I want it off as soon as I can. Please lemme know on Spot's results.

God Bless!

Moobear, I came over here to post this so if you don't find it on my blog you will see it. I had angina, quite bad until about 2years ago. At this time, they gave me, Nitroquick to take. I had to put one under my tongue every 15 minutes for 3 times then if I was still in pain, I had to go to the hospital. They started giving me Lipitor. They said after a catherization that it showed it had reversed the heat disease quite a bit. So from one catherization to another with in there being 5 years between, the liptor did its job. I still have to take the lipitor 80mg at night. I only take the nitroquick if I need it. I have probably not taken it over3-4 times in the last two years. The pain has never got as severe as it was back then. I hope this has helped you.

Thank you Connie, I was going to check back at your site though. :)I am sorry to hear that you have angina, but am so glad to hear that the lipitor has helped you. I have had much damage as far as blockage with my last heart cath in October and since the one done 4 years prior.
I also have the nitrostats to use when I am having an attack. I have been on lipitor for a number of years. I also have to take 80 mg of Imdur at 8 a.m. and 80 mg of Imdur at 2 p.m. for the angina. Even with the meds I have had 4 attacks, but I think the stress factor and my lack of sleep is a big cause of mine. I appreciate you letting me know and I am just thankful you seem to have yours under control. Take good care and thanks for commenting on this for me. Have a great evening!

Hi Claudia, Honey you can't tell me a thing about water problems. I have had enough of them to do any soul a life time. Not many weeks ago, my son flushed the commode upstairs and it didn't shut off like usual and just kept running and running. I found out about it when I went to my lower level and stepped in water up to my ankles. What a mess. It took me all day to get it sucked up with my shop vac, and using all the towels in the house. I felt like running away from home. LOL
I will write to you after Bill goes to the Dr. tomorrow. Take care now, my friend....

Sounds like you've had your hands full with leaks and everything! Is the cyst on Roxy's head big? If it's still small, it can wait. Haven't heard anything yet on Spot's results but it's still early. I don't expect to hear before Monday.

I'm with Clara on the water thing. I've seen enough water problems to last a life time. Get one thing fixed, and something else starts leaking. Until 8 years ago I had a well. Talk about problems! We were always pulling the pump up or something!

Claudia, I am sorry about your water problems. That can be such a pain.

As far as the pinto beans.... You can put a whole new meaning to a wife "beaning" her husband!!! =)

Sorry about your leak. And I've had problems with my videos uploading too. I was just messing with it yesterday on You Tube and it worked fine. But I can't tell you what I did differently or if it just finally worked. Sorry.

Thank you all for the comments. I actually do not plan to be using the video feature on the camera that much. It just bugs me when I have done it before and cannot get it done again. :) Also, I have not found anything just yet to justify taking a picture of. I will be mosing around one day and run across something I am sure. I actually did find Roxy asleep with her head resting on one of her stuffed bears, but of course til noisey me got the camera and peeped around the corner, she woke up, I took the picture and it was blurry!! I got to get everything posed for me and say cheese for me I guess. :P~
Thanks folks!
